Payment procedure for Non-credit Agents: • Bookings confirmed 6 weeks prior to arrival or more will require payment of a 20% non-refundable deposit within 48 hours of confirmation. • Bookings confirmed inside 6 weeks and no less than 3 weeks prior to arrival require full payment within 48 hours of confirmation. • Bookings requested inside 3 weeks of arrival require full payment immediately following confirmation of the requested hotel. Payments will be accepted by bank transfer - details will be given at the time of confirmation. • Any bookings not paid for within these deadlines will be automatically cancelled and all hotel accommodation released. • Should our product/service providers require deposits more than 30 days prior to arrival, these charges will be invoiced in advance and will be confirmed at time of booking. Group payment can be made by cheque (drawn on a UK Bank), by bank transfer or by credit card (VISA/MASTERCARD) and debit cards (SWITCH/DELTA/SOLO -UK only) Cheques should be made payable to totalstay.com and posted to Totalstay Ltd Payment
