Terms and Condations

Payment procedure for Non-credit Agents:

• Bookings confirmed 6 weeks prior to arrival or more will require payment of a 20% non-refundable deposit within 48 hours of confirmation.
• Bookings confirmed inside 6 weeks and no less than 3 weeks prior to arrival require full payment within 48 hours of confirmation.
• Bookings requested inside 3 weeks of arrival require full payment immediately following confirmation of the requested hotel. Payments will be accepted by bank transfer - details will be given at the time of confirmation.
• Any bookings not paid for within these deadlines will be automatically cancelled and all hotel accommodation released.
• Should our product/service providers require deposits more than 30 days prior to arrival, these charges will be invoiced in advance and will be confirmed at time of booking.
Group payment can be made by cheque (drawn on a UK Bank), by bank transfer or by credit card (VISA/MASTERCARD) and debit cards (SWITCH/DELTA/SOLO -UK only)

Payment procedure for Credit Agents:
• Deposits are not required for credit agents unless specified at time of booking in the event of Special Conditions being applicable. However we expect a non-refundable deposit will be collected from the group by the agent to serve as a guarantee that the business is definite.
• We will require all credit clients to settle invoices within one month of the group’s arrival date.
• Should our product/service providers require deposits more than 30 days prior to arrival, these charges will be invoiced in advance and will be confirmed at time of booking.

Amendments and Cancellations
• Reductions of 15% of the booking or less, made between 6 weeks and 7 days prior to arrival, will incur GBP 40.00 administration fee.
• Reductions above and beyond 15% of the booking, between 6 weeks and 7 days prior to arrival, will incur full cancellation charges of 100%.
• Any rooms cancelled from the booking inside of 7 days prior to arrival will incur full cancellation charges of 100%.
• Bookings cancelled 6 weeks or more prior to the first arrival will incur no charges.
• There will be no refund for any services not used on site by individual participants in the group.
• We reserve the right to cancel unpaid or underpaid reservations.
• Amendment charges will NOT be applied to booking amendments where either:
i. both the number of rooms and number of nights increases
ii. the number of rooms increases and the number of nights does not decrease
iii. the number of nights increases and the number of rooms does not decrease

Group falls below 10 passengers
Should the number of guests in your party fall below 10 people, as this is no longer a 'group' the booking will be liable for re-pricing.
Bookings during Fair periods
Cancellations and amendments may not be permitted, or may only be permitted on payment of higher cancellation charges in respect of certain hotels or specific periods within certain destinations due to exhibitions, fairs or other difficult booking periods. On these occasions you will be notified prior to or at the time of booking.

Child policy
This will be advised on an individual basis at time of quotation.
