Museum of Childhood
Last week end my wife turned to me and said we are
all going to the Museum of Childhood! I looked gloomy,
less gloomy when she said its free entry. Now its
not often that I have to admit at being wrong after
all I am 44!
This is a great place to spend a couple of hours and
only a few minutes walk from Bethnal tube station.
Not only did my children enjoy this but so did I.
In the exhibits there I saw long forgotten toys that
I had as a child and it did bring back memories of
Christmas and looking at the catalogue mum had at
all the toys.
My advice is definitely worth a visit. Roger W.

Little Venice
I am not at all sure I want to reveal the hidden treasure
in Little Venice. I love walking along the canal here
especially in winter and you can take a canal boat
to Camden or visit the Zoo on the way. It's a very
peaceful place and a stones throw from Paddington.
The nearest tube is Maida Vale on the Bakerloo Line.
Enjoy! Gwen and my Dogs, Lancelot and King.
